Leroy Merlin - Vision 2035

Six films.

One shared future vision.

This project represents over 1,500 hours of production, driven by a four-person creative team exploring the frontier of generative AI and cinematic pipelines.

Across six interconnected films, we shaped a bold Vision 2035, entirely crafted with AI-powered tools from ideation to final delivery.

18 minutes of fully AI-generated content, combining image, motion, sound, and narration into a unified storytelling experience.

Our hybrid AI workflow relied on Midjourney for visual exploration, Nano Banana for concept development, Kling for cinematic motion, and ElevenLabs for AI-driven voice and sound design.

For Théa, our digital avatar, we used WAN in photo-animated avatar mode, combining AI animation with live-action actor performances filmed in studio.

This approach preserved authentic human acting while extending it through AI-driven realism.All shots were finished and fully post-produced in Adobe After Effects, ensuring visual consistency, cinematic polish, and precise control across every frame.
